Richard Halabi - Director

Richard is a Licensed Real Estate Agent with a Diploma in Financial Planning. His qualifications combined with his passion for property investing and many years experience has resulted in hundreds of very satisfied clients who have enjoyed growing their portfolios with high performing properties.

As the Chief Property Specialist for GPS, Richard regularly travels interstate researching, sourcing and negotiating great investment opportunities for our investors. Richard enjoys assisting clients analyse their needs and helping them make informed decisions.

Roy Halabi - Marketing Director

Roy is a Licensed Real Estate Agent with a Diploma in Financial Planning. Roy develops highly rewarding business relationships which enhance the client property investing experience. Solely responsible for creating an online property forum, Roy has brought many investors into an invaluable networking community where alliances and investors can share experiences and ideas.

Roy also has developed very strong alliances that jointly work to educate and make property investing more rewarding for newcomers. His web development skills have been put to work creating dynamic GPS websites and creating online opportunities for GPS’ alliances.
