At The Legal Practice we endeavour to understand the needs of our client in buying and selling a home or investment property and we assist our clients in the conveyancing procedure. Whether you are the vendor or purchaser, we ensure that you are aware of all costs involved in the transaction. When acting on behalf of the vendor, we draft the Contract for Sale of Land in accordance with your intentions and liaise with the real estate agent and your bank if applicable. We ensure that all your obligations are finalised once settlement has taken place. When acting on behalf of the purchaser, we are happy to attend auctions and provide you with an after business hour service to assist you in the purchase process. At The Legal Practice, we ensure that you as the purchaser understand all your obligations including the negotiations of the special terms of the Contract for Sale of Land. We liaise with all parties to the transaction including your lender to ensure your transaction is completed smoothly.
