Our “Client Assistance Program” consists of 5 steps:

 

 

Step 1.       General introduction to the First Home Buyers of Australia client assistance program and property options currently available.

 

If the program and the property options are of interest and benefit to you, we proceed further

 

 

Step 2.             Completion of the client’s analysis form.

 

This form will enable us to determine with you if existing finance options provide an appropriate opportunity for you and/or you family at this particular time. Should you find these options suitable, we proceed to the property stage.

 

 

Step 3.             Property selection process.

 

At this stage, the property options can be explored to determine if your needs can be met. If so, a property is reserved for you at this stage.

 

 

Step 4.             Initial finance review.

 

The completed Client Analysis Form will be presented to the appropriate lending body to determine if funding is available for your purchase at a rate and conditions acceptable to you. If so, a finance interview is arranged

 

 

Step 5.             Finance interview.

 

At this meeting, all required paper work must be presented and a finance application completed. Once written approval is received, an appointment to sign all required paper work is made.

 

           

The next step is for you to move into your new home and start creating your own wealth and future instead of putting money into your landlord’s pocket.
