Appointment Process

A brief of your needs completed by you begins the process with the first appointment over the phone, at our office or a location that suits you.

When you contact us seeking to build an investment property portfolio, there is important information required prior to booking the appointment: -

1. Your finance is pre-approved (we may assist if not already).
2. All the decision makers will be present at the appointments.
3. You are ready to attend approx. 2-3 consecutive appointments. (Free of Charge).
